Philip Webb Real Estate is the fastest growing full service real estate agency in Victoria and has been ranked at number 82 in 2002 BRW top 100 fastest growing companies. Located in Melbourne’s East, they have established themselves as the premier agency and have won 7 REIV awards out of a possible10.

01 Challenge
The design, functionality and usability of the website had been greatly outdated, and with new technology available, a total site overhaul is in progress. The design needed to accurately reflect the reputation and branding identity that Philip Webb has set in the marketplace.

02 Solution
Carnival Media Group have worked with the Philip Webb Real Estate team over the last 4 years to design and implement a successful integrated E-Commerce strategy that continually meets the current and future market expectations. Our upcoming components see us take advantage of the emerging trend of broadband digital video which is currently being integrated into the site.

03 Results
The designed and developed Carnival Media Group produced website won the valuable blue ribbon prize in the 2004 REIV awards (Website Category). Statistically, Philip Webb are seeing great gains in overall usage and finding it easier to retain users over time. Through the custom built profiling database they are also able to obtain valuable profiling information that can be used to provide a greater service level for their ever-growing client base.
